All information published on Dev Bistro, whether via forms or static pages, belongs to Dev Bistro and cannot be copied, published and distributed without our prior permission.

Our entire resume database is searchable and viewable without the resume access subscription. The subscription is required to get access to job seekers' contact details. Please review the resume profiles before you purchase any of our resume access subscriptions. If resume access is enabled and at least one resume is viewed, no refund will be provided. Note: we log resume access activity for each registered account. Resume information is confidential and may not be shared without the candidates permission.

All resumes are posted via our forms by either independent industry candidates or third-party firms specializing in resume writing and distribution services. Although we review all postings for appropriateness prior to activating them, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. Each resume contains a visible timestamp. The timestamp gets set upon initial resume submission and gets reset every time the poster logs in to modify his/her resume. If you have any questions about a particular resume profile, feel free to contact the original poster or Dev Bistro.

Employers and recruiters are responsible for providing details of their job postings. While we encourage, as much detail in each posting as possible to guarantee better response, it is up to the poster to submit what he/she deems sufficient. Each job posting is reviewed for appropriateness but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information.

It is illegal to harvest email addresses and/or personal information of our users (whether it is done in a manual or an automated fashion) for any purpose other than a) contacting employers or job seekers to apply for positions advertised, or b) contacting job seekers to discuss available job opportunities. Although we use all reasonable means to protect all information collected here, Dev Bistro is not responsible for any improper use of this information that is beyond our reasonable control. If you suspect any misuse, please email us immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and private. You are not allowed to share your credentials under any circumstenaces. Should we learn about such misuse, your account will be terminated immediately and any balance for paid services will not be refunded.
