Coordinated and supervised a survey project on unemployed persons in training programs and on practical engineering students.
Formed guidelines and managed the bidding process for selecting the contractor to run the survey; guided and supervised the contractor.
Analyzed the data and wrote reports for decision makers.

1994--2006: AMAN Corporation for Industrial Engineering and Management.
Project manager:
Managed a project for developing an incentive payment system, which included hundreds of workers at a major public institution.
Managed a project for pricing assessment, including recommendations of the most cost-effective alternative.
Managed projects which involved analysis of organizational structure, description of the tasks of each member in the organization and recommendations for improving the organization's performance.

1991--1993: Sherutay Handasa Industrial Engineering and Management Services.
