Provided 2nd tier product support for medical billing software to insurance companies or third party administrators.
Software provided customers with a full solution to their medical billing needs. Worked on customer logs that
described problem that customer was having. These logs were taken from customer via customer service who
received call from customer. In my position I would research and test problem if needed. Would make code
changes if needed and new copy of problem program(s) was given to customer. Programs were written in DB/C.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER, 1997 to 1998

Reorganized technical support duties and methods to meet changing customer needs while also reducing stress
level for support staff. Perform basic duties as manager of a tech support department. Oversee corporate support
customers which was premier support offered to customers.

installation and customization of operating system. Tested and evaluated hardware including those for use in a multi-user
environment.
* Designed and wrote data conversion routines that opened up a new market for our sales
department by giving existing clients the incentive to upgrade to a larger system.
