I developed Steady State SLA/SLO reports and other metric reports for the delivery managers using Crystal Report V11 and two large and complex DB2 databases to maintain ISM Asset Centre and ISM Service Centre. Reports are to follow-up tickets and vital statistics to ensure Service Level Agreement with BC govt. Statistics are based on seconds of work and consider non-workings days. A specific process was done to handle that specific business rule. I worked alone for gathering requirements from high-level managers and executives and writing code to deliver ad hoc reports. I also build a metric that shows hot tickets and time left before SLA goes to expiration. This one saved time and gain SLA success up to 95% compare to 55-70%.
