OBJECTIVE

Qualifications center on more than 25 years of progressive industrial experience in the design and development of radar, communications systems, and semiconductor products. Specific accomplishments include sponsored research and private-sector design and development of telecommunication and semiconductor products; adaptive signal processing for imaging and signal recognition; and satellite communications systems. This experience is complemented by more than two decades of academic and industrial R&D experience in telecommunications, semiconductors, adaptive signal processing, and sensor systems and over 12 years of college, university and corporate training in the subject areas of applied mathematics, digital signal processing, digital communications theory, engineering management, control systems, antenna design, operations research methods, information networks, and database design concepts.
