1. RRS (Release Request System)

RRS is a workflow type application to manage the unscheduled release process until it is registered in SCM officially as part of a release. It provides workflow management, notification and storage/retrieval of related data ranging from the developer making the request to risk assessment, user and platform impact and approval chain tracking.

Gist of RSS:
• Web pages developed in this application are :

• The system alerts the approver or the release manager about the Release approval form through the email alert on outlook or blackberry.

Gist of VDev:

• User can raise a request to admin for a new server or upgradation on the existing server.
• Administrator can create, manage or delete virtual servers. In addition users can be assigned to virtual severs.
• Administrator can broadcast messages to all application users or specific users

• The server details popup when the cursor point is directed towards the particular server.
• With a click of a button, user can directly login into the server with his credentials.
