2006-2009 Application Designer: CIGNA (through Matrix Resources) -- Raleigh, NC

Analysis & Design for application enhancements to PowerMHS health insurance claims processing package for a leading Fortune 500 insurance company. Responsible for creating high level application designs, plus coordinating all technical staff on projects (developers, testers, IT operations services, and applications support) in a large enterprise software engineering environment, across multiple locations, including India. Designed database models to support enhancement requirements. Guided developers with programming approaches to ensure reliability and performance. Expert in complex SQL. Most recent assignment was on an accuracy project now projected to save $400M/year.



2005-2006 Software Engineer: Cingular Wireless (through ASK Group) - Wilkes Barre, PA

Design, develop, and test enhancements to a multi-tier client-server customer service application for a national cell phone company with 55 million subscribers, in an. Also provided trouble shooting and development support for trouble tickets from IT control and production support.



2004 Programmer/Analyst: Penn Millers Insurance (through Penn Software) - Wilkes Barre, PA

Converted supplemental insurance policy information database files and all program, screens, and related reports, to a newer and more flexible database design. Designed and wrote subfile data entry and maintenance program for tracking insurance loss control information.
