Responsible for Windows Server availability in the Enterprise, with over 1000+ servers; Main responsibilities include SMS 2003, MOM 2005, VMWare ESX Server, EMC SAN Storage, blade servers, AD design and troubleshooting, implementation, monitoring and support of network resources for the enterprise, Imaging, deployment, SQL 7/2000 back-end operations. Server deployments, Datacenter migration, disaster recovery, virtual server rollout; Windows Network Engineer responsible for Level 2/3 Windows server availability across H&R Block's enterprise network for the last six years. This includes daily troubleshooting of help tickets generated via the Help desk and others. Senior Engineer, team lead level.
