* Developed and implemented STP processes for new OTC Derivatives - Prime Brokerage business unit. It included Credit, Interest Rate and Equity Derivatives trade intermediation and lifecycle events. the technology platform used Calypso, SwapsWire and DTCC.

* Designed a real-time credit analysis system using Moodys-KMV (EDFs), Standard & Poors and Bloomberg market data. It replaced multiple legacy systems for annual cost savings of $250,000.

* Developed a co-branded (Java based) trading system with GL Trade (Mosaic). Cost savings realized by 20% reduction of application license fees. The Mosaic product line created a new revenue stream for GL Trade.

* Managed API development project with annual budget of $2 million. Provided a platform for straight through processing (STP) with SunGard clearing and settlement systems.

* Implemented STP system and business process workflow. Realized annual cost savings of $3 million.

Derivatives Operations PMO: Project Manager - Associate Director

* Manage application and business development projects for global derivatives operations group (NY, London, Dublin, Tokyo). Managed a $16 million annual Operations-IT budget while adding new energy and insurance derivatives product lines.

* Establish new operations team in Tokyo to support OTC Derivatives business in Asian equities.

* Implementation of Calypso Technologies - Front and Back Office modules. Manage the business user requirements analysis, UAT and production rollout for Derivatives Operations.

* Managed application development team for portfolio valuation systems. Required extensive collaboration with vendor sales and technology infrastructure teams (Bloomberg, S&P, Moodys-KMV)
