I was working in ISR (Institute for Software Research) as a graduate research assistant during this period while I was a PhD candidate in computer science department. Most of projects I have done were solving sophisticated architectural problem for NASA spacecraft. We are dealing with the extremely critical software components used to navigate and balance the spacecraft. We provide an architectural solution for these critical components to ensure the software quality in the areas of fault tolerance, reusability, integrated basis and software verification and validation. Also we prove the concept, not only in the theoretical way but also using the real software model to simulate the complicated scenarios in reality. After I decided to take Master degree, I started doing my thesis on the topic of “Automating the Evaluation of Architectural Metrics”, with Professor Ali mili. I've done quite a few researches in software engineering and also coding for the implementation of the conceptual models, in both C++ and java.

We were developing Client/Server MIS for hospital, primarily for inpatient clinic. The System supports collecting research data, and assists physician and nurse with clinic procedures, provide medications management under nurse and physician supervision. The System is using multiple DBMS, Oracle, MS SQL Sybase and Informix as backend and thin client developed using VB and PowerBuilder and web based front end. I experienced the whole development process from collecting and analyzing the requirements to front end and backend design, coding and testing.
