Responsible for project administration, implementation, and reporting the progress of multiple concurrent multi-million dollar projects. * Successfully completed a project requiring major database modifications. This required creating a detailed project plan with well-defined specifications, tasks, milestones, and test cycles. The plan served to articulate the requirements involved in the major database development. Senior management was able to follow the progress of the project and understand all components involved. Personally was responsible for the creation of the programs and job schedule to complete these changes.
* Optimized existing code by identifying and rewriting inefficient programs reducing processing time by over 70% of some jobs.
* Worked directly with the user community to develop special reports requiring extraction of data from multiple IMS databases to communicate complex information in a readable format.
* Developed and completed solutions for High Profile Emergency production issues. Often requiring development and solutions to be completed with in 24 hours.
