The online transaction of PF application , which is in CICS, is being handled using MTP and the batch processing is handled using MBM on Sun box. Customer knowledge center of john Deere and Company is using corporate customer as central repository to store information regarding the customer of Deere and company. A GUI based application is developed and DB2 database used as backend .

The Customer Registry is the foundation for gathering customer information
across the enterprise for analysis, marketing, segmentation, valuation and prioritization of customers. The "Customer Registry" database establishes a unique customer identifier, when shared across the enterprise and matched to outside data sources, enables access to enterprise.It receives Data from various branches and process it for developing systems to print invoices, reconciliation of payments received from suppliers/vendors and buyers keeping track of details of, pending order details, order status, performance of distributors at various branches.
