* Led the process to drive and inventory requirements from 70 system conversion teams for 259 data feeds from ADP, Legg Mason, DST and Insurance Carriers covering full brokerage trade life cycle from trade capture to settlement and compliance reporting.
* Planned and managed conversion starting from processing of incoming data to user checkout - consisting of 700+ tasks. Established timeline & logistics for 3 major weekend activities.
* Prepared financial forecasts for the $21MM program portfolio consisting of 220 projects.
* Created control process for batch cycle variances and code migration change requests.
