* Successfully implemented a fixed-based system for St Johns County. This system allows the billing department to successfully read and conduct audits on 20,000 water meters every hour from the comfort of their cubical.
* Wrote several access queries to provide: billing uploads, payroll explanations, customized reports per client request. Rewrote project punch-list report to provide the superintendent and other team members with a detailed explanation of why meters were not installed.
