Title MOM Integration Environment TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.2.1, Oracle, CARES, AS/400, HP-UX Client Beckman Coulter Inc, USA Description Beckman Coulter Porterville organization is replacing its legacy MRP, Marital Requirement Planning system by Oracle's Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Demand Planning (DP) systems. Other BCI organizations including Brea, Fullerton, Palo Alto, Miami and Chaska currently send product demands and orders to Porterville in form of flat files generated by their own legacy systems. In addition to this, CARES and DRP legacy systems send demands to Porterville in the form of flat files.
TIBCO platform will provide a common interface to automate loading the data from these flat files into the new ASCP system at Porterville. TIBCO process will also call Oracle APIs to pull the data out of interface tables and complete the process. Any errors generated during this process are formatted and sent to planners at BCI sites.
Porterville will ship the items ordered to BCI sites. The TIBCO interface will pull this shipment information out of Oracle ERP and send the same in the form of flat files to the legacy systems at various BCI sites. My Role Design and developing the TIBCO interface. UAT and Production Support.
Title POM Integration Environment TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.2.1, Oracle, HP 2000, HP-UX Client Beckman Coulter Inc, USA Description BCI's Porterville is a feeder unit that primarily builds products used by other organizations in the Beckman Coulter enterprise and also supplies finished product / assemblies to organizations within Beckman.

TIBCO forecast and requisition interfaces will pull the two types of demands - Forecast Dependent Demand that shows the demand over 26 weeks and the actual Purchase Orders placed in Porterville to procure material from CMF, from Oracle's Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) and Demand Planning (DP) systems and format and send the data in flat file format to CMF's AMAPS legacy application on HP 2000. Also, the TIBCO shipment interface will upload the shipment from CMF into Oracle and will call Oracle API to pull the data out of interface tables and complete the process. Any errors generated during this process are formatted and sent to the concerned party at CMF. My Role Design and developing the TIBCO interface. UAT and Production Support.
Title OKC Proposal Import Environment TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.2.1, Oracle, SQL Server, Oracle Client Beckman Coulter Inc, USA Description Beckman Coulter's sales representatives are using different sales tools such as Reagent Calculators and LAB IQ. The sales department is in need of a streamlined process to save time and money.
The new system will take the information from these tools, create a Request for Proposal (RFP), compile the data in a SQL Server database, and use that information to generate quote proposals, which will link to an opportunity number already created by the sales representative in Oracle Sales Online. The proposal consists of information such as part numbers, pricing, and quantities. The TIBCO interface will import the RFP's into Oracle OKC eliminating the retyping step thereby decreasing the time to send a proposal to a sales representative, and human error from retyping will become obsolete. My Role Design and developing the TIBCO interface. UAT and Production Support.

Once the order is processed by the SAP Sales and Distribution system an order status update is generated in the form of an IDOC. The Http e*Way accepts incoming order status IDOC event. It verifies and converts the order from IDOC to XML and makes an HTTP post to the destination Comergent Order status URL. My Role Requirement analysis, Collecting interface specific data, Configuration of Schema and testing, writing transformation scripts and Monk functions.
