Project Manager - Jul. 2004 to Date

- Conducted analysis and study into ADCO's Enterprise Data Management requirements as part of business mandate through workshops comprising all relevant business units. Proposed solution to executive management, including plan, cost and resource requirements. Created the scope and proposed organizational framework for carrying out the DM ongoing activities.
- Delivered ADCO's outsourced Enterprise Vignette Content Management System (CMS) project. Managed vendor, contract and a project team comprising 6-8 members.
- Managing Enterprise Oracle HR Management System (HRMS) from IT. Produced business justification, project estimates, vision, objectives and presentation for management. Gathered business requirements from entire organization and participating in contract negotiations with single-source service provider.
- Actively led the way in the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) solution delivery. Developed and rolled out solution implementation framework based on industry best practices for project delivery. Led the development of pay slip printing automation and extension of HR module. Advised hospital management on information processes by serving in high-level Information Management committee.
- Developed procedures for implementation of system in this startup operation and guided hospital on effective use of HCIS. Ensured the medical system was fully supported and operational. Participated in development of contingency plans.

Global Technology Implementation Manager - Sep. 1999 to Nov. 2000

- Implemented Lotus Notes-based global Financial Advisory Services (FAS) systems in the US, Europe, Australia and the Pacific Rim, in concert with Global Relationship Managers, Communications Managers, Development Managers and Administration Managers.
- Led implementation of a FAS-wide enterprise Resource Planning system. Participated as presenter in the FAS conference.

- Managed a newly created department. Implemented infrastructure for process-oriented software development. Developed plans and budgetary requirements for the department.
- Spearheaded and increased the Lotus Notes groupware penetration by five fold. Managed resources and supervised team of 6 consultants, developers, analysts and project managers as a department head in support of systems and applications.
- Actively served on the IT technical team and worked with senior management to develop company's strategic migration plan from print to online media. Led the efforts to enhance electronic media products.
- Managed implementation of revenue-generating, enterprise-wide, Web subscription-based electronic-commerce infrastructure. Managed the project from initiation, including requirements, scoping and vendor selection. Supervised a team of 4-6 members, including vendor, and managed the contract. Developed parts of the e-commerce system as related to HTML, JavaScript, Oracle, UNIX, SQL, Microsoft NT and Microsoft IIS technologies. System based on Open Market's Transact, Windows NT, SQL, SUN-UNIX and Oracle technologies.
