- Conducted analysis and study into ADCO's Enterprise Data Management requirements as part of business mandate through workshops comprising all relevant business units. Proposed solution to executive management, including plan, cost and resource requirements. Created the scope and proposed organizational framework for carrying out the DM ongoing activities. - Delivered ADCO's outsourced Enterprise Vignette Content Management System (CMS) project. Managed vendor, contract and a project team comprising 6-8 members. - Managing Enterprise Oracle HR Management System (HRMS) from IT.
