* BMC Patrol Central - Have been using it to further analyze and troubleshoot issues relating to systems and applications such as CPU utilization, filesystems, weblogic, swap, disks, and others. Familiar with how Patrol is setup and configured.
* BEA Weblogic - Analyze logs and using the Weblogic console to troubleshoot heap size, garbage collection, idle thread counts, start and stop servers, and other issues. Work with many managed and administration servers. Familiar with Weblogic clustering, thread dumps, JDBC Connection Pool, and more.
* Mercury Business Availability Center - Administer and utilize Mercury BAC that includes analysis, parsing of scripts, and monitoring. This is use to monitor internal and external production systems, applications, and websites.
* BMC Remedy - Use Remedy on a daily basis to create and track tickets for various purposes.
* Microsoft Applications - Office Applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and others.
