Passport Visa Network (PVN) is a portal specially developed for the A Briggs Passport and Visa Expeditors employees to be used within the company only. PVN is an Admin Panel that allows employees to manage various features displayed on portals, A Briggs for Retail, A Briggs for Business and A Briggs for Travel Arranges (Whose work will begin soon.) All the orders received by the company are managed from PVN. An employee can see, modify or delete orders, can generate online billing statement, can email to his coworker, can post special comments to other employee on the blog area provided, can view embassy location in his jurisdiction, can see commission paid and discounts given, can generate sells report in bar graph or pie chart and much more as per his access levels.

* Modifications in the Database schemas and table structure required for version 2 of PVN on MySQL.
* Understanding and analyzing the current work and functionality flow of the project. Marking the new functionality to be included in the PVN.

Admin section was used to control working of entire site for example: Creating new positions and timing, deleting current positions or modifying current positions etc. In volunteer section the user could sign up for new positions, delete any position or modify those positions.

MKCL is one of the renowned names in the field of Advanced Computer Training Education Industry. Hundreds of queries are posted to MKCL daily and to attend all of them personally was a literally impossible task. MKCL was in search of an automated engine which would attend those queries post back the solution to the user, the result was “Query Vista”. The main task of Query Vista is to get the query from the user through the web. The system tries to analyze the keywords from the post that have a match with the system keywords. System displays all the probable answers to the user and ranks the answer on number of hits with the keywords in the query. User could select the most probable answer to his query from the list of answers. Also the system adds up new keywords from the user's query to its database that helps the system to carry out more accurate search for the answers to the queries in future. If the system did not found any match, then the post is attended by the administrator while the system adds up the post and the solution to the database.
