MKCL was in search of an automated engine which would attend those queries post back the solution to the user, the result was “Query Vista”. The main task of Query Vista is to get the query from the user through the web. The system tries to analyze the keywords from the post that have a match with the system keywords. System displays all the probable answers to the user and ranks the answer on number of hits with the keywords in the query. User could select the most probable answer to his query from the list of answers. Also the system adds up new keywords from the user's query to its database that helps the system to carry out more accurate search for the answers to the queries in future. If the system did not found any match, then the post is attended by the administrator while the system adds up the post and the solution to the database.
