Provided remote technical support for UNIX with three to ten reports. Installed, configured, and maintained:
* HACMP V4.5 on AIX V/5/5.1/5.3
* VIOS Version 1.3.0.1 -- 2.1 FP20.1
* Dynamic Logical Partitioning (DLPAR) on AIX 5.x and AIX 6.1.

Provided performance tuning by identifying and removing bottlenecks and avoiding memory leaks.
Provided 24/7 pager support and trouble ticket queue on shift rotation basis. Upgraded AIX servers, adding and removing hard drives to server using Logical Volume Manager (LVM) to create Volume Groups (VG) which were then partitioned into logical volumes.

PROVIDED EXPERTISE IN:
* IBM AIX -- LVM, LVM Mirroring, SMIT, Disaster Recovery using mksysb, backup, and MAC OSX.
* All aspects of AIX operating system including kernel internals, shells, file systems, and sockets.
* Error logging subsystem and performance monitoring tools including vmstat, iostat, netstat on AIX 5L Version 5.x and AIX 6.1.
