The Capacity Monitor System (CMS) is a computer application that is used by Network Production Coordinators and composition system users to view and manage composition assignments throughout the business unit. It interfaces with LINK Order Entry (OE), Data Entry (DE), and the Composition Job Scheduler (CJS). CMS is used 24 X 7. Composition jobs that are entered into LINK Order Entry are automatically input into CMS for assignment to a manufacturing composition site. Some of the jobs are automatically assigned based on assignment rules input by NPC's. Once a site accepts a job, it will enter the Composition Job Scheduler system if that composition site uses CJS. Also, Data Entry will be populated with the billable activities for that job.

Period: May-2005 to Dec 2006
