I am performing installation and tuning of products for Luminex a California based hardware eumulator. I am also performing sales support for their 3490 emulation product.

Pre-sales Technical Storage Architect, StorageTek /SUN 1999-2006
Designed, presented and installed storage solutions based on Information Life Cycle needs of the client. Cross system trained in Open Systems support for StorageTek and SUN Microsystems products as a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer. I am proficient in SIEBEL for account planning and territory tracking. I was responsible training Channel Partners on SUN/StorageTek equipment. Met or exceeded sales quota goals, by as much as 76%, for 27 of 29 quarters.

Director Technical Services, AZTECH Consulting Corp. 1995-1999
As a consultant, I was responsible for the conversion of banking software to CICS 4.1 for an international banking software firm. I provided both project management and technical leadership. I carried out performance tuning and maintenance on the current release of CICS. I had chief responsibility for technical group hiring and placements of mainframe and open systems personal. Business to business contacts providing technical candidates to solve complex systems needs.

I controlled selection and creation of all new Field Developed Products for the SUPRA V1 database. Other responsibilities were installation of SUPRA, CICS and various client software packages. I also directed the upgrade and problem determination of all Field Developed Products.

Technical Services Manager, HC Prange Corp. 1984-1990
I supervised a staff of five with responsibility for all IBM and HP system software for a large department store chain. Other responsibilities included voice and data communications, monitoring performance and doing upgrades to software and hardware. I was a member of the project team to select and install a mainframe-to-PC communications package to control all store functions.

I was responsible for the conversion of hardware and software from Honeywell to IBM. I established standards and procedures for operations and applications. I was an active participant in Guide and software user groups.

I was the project leader for a conversion from DOS/VSE to OS/MVS for a major dairy products manufacturer. Installed and maintained CICS and all third-party software, including Computer Associates' catalog and scheduling products.
