Profile: BSNL have Public number '198' to register for own telephone complaint and notify to technician about the complaint number and customer name, then complaint rectification done by technician, and then IVR auto confirmation from customer. It also had Meter Reading which picked data from UNIX server, as well as 'Payment Reminder' which picked data and number from Oracle server. Provide the web based reporting page to view and print for customer help.
