* Manager for Met Images, an enterprise-level project establishing a permanent digital archive of the Museum?s 2 million works of art, as well as other digital assets such as event photography, installation shots, architectural images, film, audio, science and conservation photography.
* Management of project timelines and budget, including evaluating and selecting vendors, prioritizing deliverables, delegating tasks and reporting status to executive team.
* Technical lead for installation, customization and implementation of MediaBin, a digital asset management (DAM) system on the Museum?s mixed PC/Mac network.
* Oversaw ingest of digital imagery as well as data linkage and integration between existing collections? databases and new DAM system.
* Worked with constituent groups to develop and implement standards and guidelines for cataloging metadata and accessing digital assets.
