“Au Pair” is a program that facilitates American host families and international care-takers to “pair” for child care and cultural exchange program. As part of the project, “ATLAS” a legacy system has been re-written using .NET technologies. Production and Labor Performance Reporting

The project involved development of ASP.NET application used across all the manufacturing plants of Dean Foods. This system is designed to analyze manufacturing processes, raw material losses, packing material losses, labor expenses and to generate reports based on predefined “Key Performance Indexes” (KPIs) for each of the above. This system provides plant managers and production supervisors with the ability to find the inefficiencies in the production and to execute production plan more effectively to match the operational and financial standards.
