Summary

I am currently a QA Lead in Nomura Services India with nearing 8 years of work experience. My areas of expertise include test management, planning, people management, test estimation, recruitment, onsite co-ordination; Software Testing using automated testing tools & tracking the Testing efforts.
Investment management, Equities, Retail banking and Payment systems have been core domain area for past 8 years.

Have been to the UK in deputation from HSBC for period of 18 months where I was performing the role of Onsite coordinator, managing 3 critical projects simultaneously.

Traveled to NY, USA for Path of Distinction program through Lehman Brothers.

I am currently aspiring to for a role where I can apply my technical and Managerial skills and learning's effectively and Spearhead the strategic programs/projects as a Manager.

As Program Manager for Front office Connectivity area in Nomura India, Japanese Investment Bank subsidiary (previously Lehman Brothers (A Wall Street Investment Bank)). I am currently involved in managing a group of 12 highly motivated people.
Description:
Connectivity is the process which facilitates Traders/Clients to place orders across external stock exchanges
