As A Development Lead, I was responsible for the final phase of development and subsequent installation of a Retirement Drug Subsidy application for a major insurance corporation. Activities included directing a staff of three (3) developers and interfacing with analysts and various project personnel. The application involved accessing and updating the IMS Membership system and interfacing with the Claims system reporting information to provider groups via email and FTP. Currently, the front-end process is being rewritten due to management change in direction, thereby resulting in redesign. Various SDP documents are required including functional specifications, technical specifications and assisting the developers.
