WORK HISTORY
2006 -- 2007 Senior Consultant, Department of the United States Navy, Department of Defense, Diamond Data Systems, Millington, TN / New Orleans, LA
Worked on the Total Force Authorizations and Requirements System project referenced as the TFARS project for the Department of the United States Navy executing and modifying test cases. Created detailed test conditions and expected test results and test data. Prepared testing strategies and test scripts for various website functionality. Researched issues which have been submitted and Regression test the scenarios to ensure that the issue is resolved. Created logs for defects and other test related issues for prompt resolution. Performed software testing of the HCM and EPM modules for the PeopleSoft 8.8 platform as well as People Tools 8.4. Utilized the Rational Suite Enterprise products: Rational Test Manager, Rational Requisite Pro and Rational Clear Quest. Later utilized Load Runner 8.1 for the Web for the TFARS Project to create automated load scripts for Business Objects and PeopleSoft to run through the Load Controller and Load Analysis tool to produce results for upper level management.

Utilized Load Runner 7.6 for the Web for the Financial Aid Paperless Project. Created detailed test conditions and expected test results and test data. Prepared testing strategies and test scripts for various website functionality. Created logs for defects and other test related issues for prompt resolution. Worked on small projects involving PeopleSoft, , SQL and UNIX skills. Served as project leader for the Application Performance Monitoring process using SQA Robot. Served as the Project leader for the PeopleSoft Financial Aid Upgrade Project for the University of Phoenix. Conducted a
Feasibility study to determine whether or not the move from 7.0 to 7.6 was the correct choice, determine whether or not the timing was right to perform such an upgrade.
Performed Requirements Gathering to gauge the demands on the system. Conducted meetings to get agreement on the process via project plan which was to be implemented. Created a technical design for the project. Monitored the coding of over 10 developers and contractors via meeting and team interaction. Monitored the testing phase of the project with status meetings with the testers and communicated changes and modifications to the package. Coordinated activities with (JAD) sessions with DBA, UNIX and Desktop Support and Campus System Administrators from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Maui, HI. Monitored activities during the upgrade. Conducted User/Management sign-off department wide for implementation of the upgrade package. Monitored and tracked issues after the completion of the upgrade. This same process was followed for Regulatory Releases mandated by the Federal Government in the support of Financial Aid Systems Requirements. 1997-1998 Senior Software Engineer, Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector, Phoenix, AZ
Served as the Semiconductor Equipment Performance Tracking II system project leader for the MOS 21 organization. Created user accounts, system configuration, working with users to resolve issues, holding key user group meetings to resolve global user issues and produce training materials and conduct training. Stabilized the MOS 21 training room utilizing UNIX to start and kill server processes and manage disc space. Utilized Oracle to provide daily solutions and reporting needs. Performed a feasibility study for an Inventory Control project to offer an automated for the Inventory Control team account for the company's materials. This study included the depth of training required to have the Inventory Control team be able to utilize the tools full capacity. Obtained User and Management acceptance of the project I held JAD sessions with Inventory Control team members, the UNIX team and Database Administrators. I performed the functional and detailed designs of the product and monitored the coding phase of the project. Monitored the testing and the implementation of the project. Obtained User and Management sign-off of the project. Reported any changes and conducted Configuration Change Management meetings for the project. This environment required 24-hour call rotations.

Served as a programmer for the Triumph Project at American Express of an assigned module for the Operations Team utilizing Method/1 principles. Performed system maintenance utilizing CICS, COBOL, DB2, JCL, TSO and other mainframe tools. Also performed JCL documentation of modules.

Served as Project Leader for the Data Standards Library for the Hanford Site. Performed research to standardize data across all platforms that interfaced with the Department of Energy.
