* Defined all megadeal solution and support activities for all pursuits flowing through the EDS Strategic Solution Center (SSC).
* Enabled EDS to expand SSC concept to four additional centers both domestically and internationally.
* Set the performance standard for agility alliance performance and interaction with the client's C Level executives and pursuit team members.
* Helped drive EMC per quarter revenue from 40 million per quarter to 80 million per quarter over a 5 year period.
* Provided Mega Deal presale support for storage solutions and migration. These solutions included WAN, LAN, SAN, NAS, CAS, Backup to Disk and COS as well as comprehensive HA, DR and Backup components.
* Lead Solution Architect in the completion of responses to all RFP and RFI components.
* Coordinated all POC activities including scope of requirements, data samples, hardware and software acquisition and implementation, placement of components within the desired environment, securing all associated resources, and definition of all success criteria.
* Designed multiple Disaster Recover scenarios that leveraged CISCO FCIP SAN Extension to enable replication technologies including SFDF/S, SRDF/A. SRDF/STAR, SRDF/FAR, Mirrorview/A and Mirrorview/S. These solutions then underwent Proof of Concept (POC) with the perspective customers.
* Designed Multiple Virtual Storage environments that leveraged the CISCO Invista product. These solutions were deployed in inside and outside of VMware environments for proposed and existing clients. These efforts enabled increased the ability to increase storage utilization, centralize storage management, migrate data without disruption, and reduce total cost of storage ownership.
* Extended and enabled data protection schemas with the use of clones, snaps, and replicas. The appropriate use of these technologies aided in meeting restrictive backup cycle times and the criteria for being fully supported within the clients BURA environment and by their choice of backup software including Netbackup, Networker, and TSM. The functionality of these offerings were successfully demonstrated with POC.
* Solutioned RSA's two factor authentication, RSA key manager, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and RSA envision.
* Participated in C Level solution review and design sessions. During these sessions the overall structure and benefits of the proposed environment were reviewed and customer concerns were addressed.
* Coordinated and Interfaced with Server, Network, Security, and Application towers to produce a compressive solution targeted to the criteria outline in the issuer's RFP at the lowest TCO.
* Developed phased migration of Applications, servers, and storage. These data migration methodologies were then used by Professional Services to develop their Scope of Work necessary to support the migration from legacy storage environments into leveraged or dedicated EDS infrastructure. These migrations typically leveraged the core EMC frame based products, host copies, traditional tape restores, and RecoverPoint. NAS migrations were typically enabled by the Rainfinity appliance that virtualized the NAS heads.
* Helped develop Specialist level examination exams for the EMC's Centera product.

* Managed the site's data center consisting of over 70 NT servers, 10 Unix servers, redundant Cisco LAN consisting of Catalyst 6509 core switches, and 15 4000 Cisco series switches. Installation of new redundant Fiber optic (over 5 miles) backbone and Cat 5e network 100Mb run all workstations (capable of over 3000 connections) and Cisco PIX firewall appliances.
* Provided technical and functional SAP support for FI, CO, MM, SD and Product Costing.
* Project manager for the implementation of the Manufacturing Execution Systems.
* Provided all Project Management functions related to the site startup including network, telephone, servers, security, safety, office applications, manufacturing applications, ISO9000 documentation and tracking systems, internet and intranet sites, reporting systems, WAN, LAN, and VPN.
* Deployed a semi automated, place and check manufacturing system for the reduction of scrap wafers. This was achieved by insuring that the correct lot was on the correct tool at the correct time.
* Designed methodology to deploy identical hardware and software environments in ATMEL's Irving, TX and North Tyneside, UK facilities. This mythology yielded significant cost and time saving in second site's implementation of approximately $5.9 million.
* Developed project plans for deployment of all manufacturing systems, conducted weekly project review, status reports and adjusted deliverables and delivery dates in accordance with the business needs and wants.
