This project is an effort to provide different predictive solutions such as Integrated Demand and Replenishment

solutions, New Product Introduction solutions, Promotions Management and Proactive Analytics.

Responsibilities
* Led a group of six to eight developers in architecting and building the EDW for the reporting and analytics

solutions.
* Conducted daily status and weekly reporting meetings of the group and update the senior management on the

progress on timely basis.
* Wrote Store Procedures using Transact SQL to populate the fact tables and dimension tables.

action. The system uses multiple data sources such as the global CRM system with all world-wide cases in one

database, Global Profiling System (GPS) containing all teams/managers/engineers and IVR system handling majority of

Customer Support Strategic Dashboard Project is to build a Corporate Dashboard to help the Customer Support Managers

to analyze the performance of the Technical Support Engineer based on various Key Performance Metrics at World Wide

This project is Phase 2 of the Commercial Mortgage Group (CMG) Executive Dashboard Project. This project is of a

larger Dashboard effort that includes building an underlying Data Mart and multiple interfaces to back-end Systems

of Record.
Responsibilities
* Designed and developed Business Objects universes (Reporting Universe, Metrics Universe and Alert Universe)

and reports for our Executives. The analytical system information access will be primarily through the web, allowing

access from anywhere, with appropriate security credentials.

the credit reporting system on a daily basis. Many of the reports use extensive drilling and active refreshes to

provide the user with dynamic analysis capabilities. The ICRS Business Objects installation includes over 2300

Business Objects users deployed over multiple states.
