Objective -- Position that will make use of my many years of experience in a multimedia and e-learning as a Flash Developer.

Profile -- I have programmed eLearning applications and web sites using Flash, XML, HTML and JavaScript for many years. Integration with the client's LMS was critical as was having a regular open dialog with the client. Clients appreciate my ability at explaining complex concepts in simple terms as well as being personable and working well under pressure. I keep current with the latest techniques and trends. I am naturally inquisitive, observant, patient, and always looking for the best way to do something. My interests are varied, and include experimental photography, programming, electronics, music and art. I would like to telecommute to the office.

PROJECTS:

Some recent Flash eLearning projects include Disney's Understanding the Basics of Financing, MATRA -- system training, Communicating with Styles, US Navy -- Submarine Watch Course. These courses had to be programmed to work with and be conformant with the client's LMS system and were 508 compliant. The courses were tested locally with ADL before delivery. My current project, Moneytopia, was created in Flash and was designed for a young, military audience. The players find themselves in a virtual world and have to deal with the good and bad of day-to-day finances. Activities include mini learning games, direct instructions and a virtual world to explore. The player chooses their own avatar and competes against four of their friends. The game is designed to be played from the web or from a CD-ROM.
