SR. WAN/LAN/FIREWALL Engineer
* Manage and maintain over 30 Cisco PIX firewall bundles for remote offices of NCO.
* Manage and Maintain Cisco Local director load sharing environment.
* Manage and maintain Cisco CSS Load balancer's for network.
* Team Leader for operations area of network group, responsible for day to day trouble
ticket distribution to team of 4 engineers. The ticketing system we used for this was
called Trackit.
* Responsible for over 200 remote sites from Mumbai India to Canada and North America,
along with South America and Philippines.
* I monitored the network with HPOPENVIEW, CISCOWORKS and SOLARWINDS ORION
Software. We also used Netqos and Network General Distributed sniffer to trouble-shoot
Issues on the network.
* I also worked with Avaya VOIP by setting up the switch's and setting up QOS on the
Network.
* Our network consisted of everything from Cisco 6513 chassis to 7206 routers along with
The smaller switch's and routers. We were an EIGRP shop.

* Design, Engineer and Implement all new network technology for CHE health system.
* Work with the 35 hospitals involved with their local staff on any new network designs and
implementations.
* Support the 8 local hospitals in the Mercy Health system of CHE with their networks.
* Document all designs and get appropriate quotes for connectivity and equipment.

* Configure and maintain 2 Cisco 3640 RAS servers for remote EMAIL users with Steel
Belted Radius and Secure ID as authentication.

7206 routers as the Backbone for the WAN, MPLS network. Also a small Cisco wireless
environment.

* Maintain and Trouble shoot AS400 5250 emulation environment for the 30 remote sites
