Responsibilities: To provide technical, soft skills, sales, management training and facilitation to clients in the United States. Experienced in help desk, technical troubleshooting, curriculum development and design, class room training, e learning, LMS and other reporting software, networking and systems administration.
Contracts: 360 Vision (2004, 2008-2009): designing curriculum and documentation on a part-time basis for new projects in the technical and financial industries including; Basic and Advanced Sales Training, Soft Skills, Tele-Skills and Customer Service. Also created job guides, end-user manuals and participated in T3 (train the trainer) program design.
IBM/Department of Defense (2007-2008): worked in multiple roles for this Department of Defense project, primarily as Regional Manager and Site Lead Trainer. As Regional Manager, I was the direct report for Managing and Technical Install Coordinators, Site Lead Trainers, Field Technicians and Point of Sale Trainers. Duties included; scheduling, site prep for training and install, conducting site pre-calls with Department of Defense/IBM project members and store management, in-brief/out-briefs, statistical reporting, supervising Help Desk activities when in Raleigh, NC and ensuring a 100% success rate at each site for both install and training efforts. As Site Lead Trainer I was responsible for scheduling, role assignments, reporting and training IBM/DOD staff on new Point of Sale Software, Applications, Networking and daily process. Also worked in a curriculum and planning developmental role. Project scope was 278 locations over an 18 month time period.
Gentle Dental (2006): designed and implemented comprehensive training plan to develop and manage Front Office operations for this dental office. Training included; patient finance, scheduling for profit/production, customer service, and effective management of the insurance claim process. Additionally held training sessions with equipment vendors, insurance carrier reps, finance companies and Doctors for further staff development and education.
IBM/Cingular Wireless (2004): trained existing AT&T call center employees on Cingular's proprietary systems, POS software, equipment and company culture. Each class was 40-hours during this corporate merger situation. Used a "blended" learning approach, which included Instructor-Led-Training, E-Learning, Role Plays and classroom activities.
StarHRG (2003-2004): designed and implemented new Quality Assurance Department from the ground-up for this Health insurance company. Also created job guides, reference manuals, trainer manuals and a coaching plan for all sales representatives. Trained staff and managers on new quoting applications and software used directly with clients. Worked with all levels of management to ensure meeting of clear goals and expectations.
Strategic Alliance Marketing (2004): trained managers, trainers and staff on telephone skills and application/database navigation. Held daily training sessions with new hires to ensure they transitioned to the sales floor with confidence and the skills needed to perform effectively.

Position: Office Manager and Treatment Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities: Managed staff of Dental Assistants, Doctors, Hygienists, and Front Office in a high-volume medical setting. This position required working within a specified budget, claims collection and documentation, patient treatment sales and service, patient finance and collection and strict enforcement of health standards as required by law. Trained new managers and front office staff on policy, procedure and software/applications needed to perform job duties. Responsible for generating revenue in excess of $1.75 million for the calendar year 2005.

Position: Inside Sales Manager and Training Manager
Responsibilities: Co-developed an insurance sales center from the ground-up while working in numerous roles in this start-up situation. This included designing curriculum, creating training manuals and scripting, co-facilitation with partners and carrier reps, application and software training, and the implementation of a Quality Assurance and Sales Coaching program. As Sales Manager duties included hiring agents and managers, reporting statistics to partners and carriers, monitoring calls and maintaining consistent sales figures through agent development.

Responsibilities: Assisted in training/coaching New Hire agents as they transitioned to sales floor. Also held bi-weekly Quality Assurance and Sales Training meeting with team of 12 agents and sold Auto Boat, Motorcycle and RV policies to new and existing customer base.
