Apollo Workstation aims at a Single consolidated front-end interface for Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) and Collections representatives, seamlessly integrating business processes in different domains, leveraging the existing back-end systems / databases. The application developed for the Collections departments helps in tracking customers and their credits in their system. This application has CTI components, thus enabling the collections representatives to receive or make calls to the customers.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Analysis of the specifications provided by the client.
• Design, develop and executing the test cases, test plan.
• Coordinating with the developers for resolution of defects.
• Automation of Test scripts using Win Runner.
• Developed Compiled Modules, Navigation scripts, Utility scripts in Win Runner, which increased the reusability.

The user can change the account options such as PIN, disable or enable the ability to transfer the funds between accounts.
