Eight years of experience in content writing, courseware development, instructional design and technical writing.

Creating Instructional materials, customized for e-learning by using variety of pedagogical methods. I was also involved in creating simulations and game based learning materials in various domains such as management, health, and information technology. The products are both CD-based as well as web based materials. I was also involved in managing a team of 10 IDs, and provide regular training to them in various disciplines and tools.
