1. Leapfrog Cross functional (ERP): This is the initiative going on to replace the Pyramid Application from the EA architecture and to introduce the Oracle PRM module to take over all the responsibilities of Pyramid. The project has been planned to be completed in two separate phases. The objective of the first phase being called out as the Release1 is aimed towards upgrading the Oracle database from 11.5.9.2 to 11.5.10.2. This would call for the regression testing of the whole integrated application of organization.
The second phase, named as Release 2 will replace the Pyramid application and bring Oracle PRM in view. Efforts would be required towards regression testing of the whole integrated applications and functional testing of the new features introduced.
