Provide backup/recovery, problem diagnosis, performance tuning, data reorganization, and database upgrade support for approximately 90 Oracle databases, including a 3.0 terabyte SAP/ERP implementation. Supported about 90 SQL server databases and 6 UDB Databases. Developed database support processes and automated tasks through tools, PL/SQL and Unix scripts. Wrote triggers, functions and PL/SQL procedures to assist applications with tasks. Received numerous customer recognition awards for assisting application groups in meeting goals. Installed and configured Oracle Enterprise Manager 10G Grid Control for enterprise monitoring.
April, 2000 to Feb., 2002 Oracle Database Administrator Raytheon Aircraft Co Wichita, Ks. Maintained, monitored and tuned databases on Sun, HP, AIX and windows. Supported database on large ERP/SAP application. Lead project to upgrade company databases to supported versions.
