• Lead a team of 4 Sr. Level Database Administrators, supporting Production, QA and Development Pipeline for high volume dev environment utilizing VMware with 5 ESX Hosts running 25 -- 35 Active virtual servers per host. 24/7/365 Support of Production databases in Los Angeles, Sunnyvale and London. Tested and implemented EMC's Replication Manager (RM) software for speedy backup/recovery and future Disaster Recovery solution. • Responsible for 120+ Production and 30+ QA Windows/SQL and 8 Unix/Oracle database servers and over 1200 databases including ERP (PeopleSoft) and Finance (Solomon) Databases as well as Web Applications supporting Homestore.com, Realtor.com, Homebuilder.com Rentnet.com and TopProducer.com. Lead DBA, providing 24/7 support of OLTP and OLAP applications with 99.9 % SLAs. Managed a staff of five DBAs and three Storage Administrators providing 24/7 support with 99.9 % SLAs. • Lead Storage, Systems and Database Administrator. Implemented, administrated and trained staff on Dell/EMC 4500 and EMC CX600 SAN as departmental storage solutions. Responsible for sizing, purchasing, deployment and administration of EMC DMX2000 and DMX3000 Enterprise SAN for Business Continuance and Disaster Recovery with a total of over 95 TB of raw storage. EMC configuration using ECC console as well as command line scripting. Creation of meta-volumes, device mapping, zoning and masking. Installed master and host agent, presentation of storage to operating system. Host installation of Powerpath, HBA firmware and utilities as well as ECC master and host agents for DMX connectivity and Navispher agents for CX connectivity.
