California Bank and Trust 2000 - 2005 Telecommunications Manager / Vice President Provide leadership and framework to actively identify technology and operational needs and respond to critical issues. Plan and direct multiple simultaneous projects and develop new processes to appropriately support environment. Collaborate extensively with parent company to analyze and implement enterprise-wide solutions to increase security and ensure compliancy. Functional areas of accountability span project management, IT strategy and execution, quality improvement, vendor relations, and customer service / relationship management.
