Project Description:
Symantec's e-commerce site is powered by Digital River, the world's largest Commerce Service Provider (CSP).
SymantecStore POC which are developing for Symantec's online store allow user to purchase products electronically via digital download or shipped as boxed product depending on the customer's preference. SymantecStore has a user registration and login page to login to SymantecStore.
The stores also have areas that are dedicated to specific customers such as small business, mid size business and enterprise. Symantec's online stores are designed so customers can easily navigate and find the information they need to make the best software decisions based on their specific needs.
This means customers will be able to select products from multiple categories, add them to a shopping cart and complete the transaction till order confirmation page. User can also renew their products subscription. SymantecStore has promotions for some special products.

Roles:
• Involved in making the product follow like browsing the categories, products, adding them to shopping cart, shipping details, payment details, confirm order till place order.
• Also involved in user login and renew products subscription.

Project Description:
Global ENN Application has been developed to disseminate management and related communications to employees and contractors throughout Johnson & Johnson, on a global level. Application provides company, industry, and employee news on a daily basis. Press releases, management publications and videos -- such as Worldwide Magazine, Worldwide News Digest, Healthy Futures and INSIGHT -- are also available on Global ENN. Global ENN is accessible to all employees and linked from many domestic and international operating companies Intranet sites.
The intent behind the Next Generation Global ENN project work is to strengthen organizational communications engagement across the Johnson & Johnson landscape by standardizing a key communications mechanism through the decentralized environment. It includes: 1. Expand Administrative Configuration Capabilities 2. Create Multiple Presentation Formats 3. Expand General User Capabilities 4. Expand General Site Capabilities

Roles:
• I was responsible for the development of Poll Maintenance module and enhancement of Category Maintenance and Attachment module using JSP, droplet, form handlers and Repository file.
• I was also responsible for look and feel change of the application.

Project Description:
“Relocation Services” is a non-portal web form application being developed keeping in view to automate the relocation service of J&J employees.
J&J Relocation Services Group requires an automated system to process the relocation of J&J employees (New Hire and Existing Employees).
Application is having four main modules --
• Relocation Request Generation
• Relocation Request Editing
• Report Generation
• Admin Console
1. Relocation Request Generation -- This module was design in such a way so that user can feel the request generation process in wizard format. A single request is divided into several screens like -- Personal Information, Family Information, To Company, from Company, HR Information, Package Information, Pre-D Information, Comments.
The basic idea behind this module is to capture all the required information for relocation of employee.

2. Relocation Request Editing -- The generated relocation requests are saved as “PENDING” status and then requests are moving through different statuses like “USER SUBMITTED”, “SYSTEM SUBMITTED”, “VENDOR RECEIVED” and “VENDOR PROCESSED”. This module were developed to reopen the request with different status and to make any changes to it.

3. Report Generation -- This was a simple report generation module using different search criteria like -- status, relocation type, Categories, Submitted date range, Saved date range, Created date range.
The report was generated in html format, which can be exported in excel format.

4. Admin Console -- This application is having few admin screens for --
• Assigning Role to Users -- This admin module was developed to assign / un-assign roles to different users of the application.

• Maintaining Package and Benefit. -- This module was developed to add, update and delete different packages and benefits.

• Maintaining Admin Fields -- this admin module was designed to add, edit and delete “Admin Fields” of the application like -

• Special Program
• Departure Region Name
• Current Residence Status
• Executive Committee Member
• International Development Program Department
• International Recruiting and Development Department”
• All the above admin fields were used in the application as dropdown and admin was able to change the values from admin console.

This application is designed using MVC framework wit struts1.2. The basic concept behind using struts to support multiple web forms.
For web forms and admin modules was development using struts and the report module was developed using ATG droplets.
Application was deployed on ATG Dynamo application server and iPlanet was used as a web server.

Roles:
• I was responsible for the development of web form module using struts component i.e., Action classes, Form Bean, DTO, DAO and validations using validator framework.
• I was also for writing repository for the application.

NAPCO Portal is an internal site based on Documentum, ATG and Convera technology.NAPCO, Neuronet, @Janssen, PriCaraNet, Signal and Socrates are personalized portal that is used internally in J&J for sharing information among various associates and customers of J&J.
The portals has a strong knowledgebase that provides a variety of information including policies, guidelines, employee services, J&J stock update, news, reporting resources available etc.The users of NAPCO/Neuronet/Signal/Socrates portal are the permanent employees of JNJ. Based on the security or profile groups to which the employees belong, they can access different areas on NAPCO. Application provides the auto login feature.

• Involved in migration of the complete application.

Project Description:
Pulse Portal is an internal site based on Documentum, ATG and Convera technology. Pulse Portal is hosted in eAdvantage platform.
PULSE is an intranet site for JNJ Employees through which employees can view Announcements, JNJ Stock, Feedback gears etc. Employees who have administrator rights can update various gears. This application used many gears like Documentum Webcache, Superlinks, Subscription gear, Feedback gear etc. In migration, we have re-configured some existing gears for example, Documentum Webcache gear to ePaf_webcache gear, globalEnn or link gears to Superlinks gear etc.

Roles:
• Configuration of the gears, providing support in development and deployment of gear.
• Involved in migration of the complete application.
• Also involved in coding and issue resolution during application migration.

DePuy Today will be launched for different operation companies which include DePuy Orthopaedics, DePuy Spine, DePuy Mitek, Codman and Depuy International
