Milstar Communications - Maintenance IT Training - 9/2005 to 7/2007

Responsibilities included development of training program for Satellite Mission Control Subsystem and Milstar EHF Terminal. Provided training to military and civilian personnel isolating and repairing computer and various work station malfunctions. Developed local training materials and PowerPoint presentations related to computers, networks, and associated connectivity devices such as routers, modems, printers, monitors, keyboards, trackballs and mice, computer disk and tape drives, and fiber optics. Conducted training on cryptographic systems using National Security Agency (NSA) training aids. Developed and produced Procedures Manual for the Communications - Maintenance IST training program.
