Project Manager December 2002 to present
- Managed the Roaming Service Bureau project (RSB). Set of services that allowed AT&T to provide bi-directional network extensions and optimized company's revenue.
- Managed a two year-long project to create a single point of outcollect TAP (SPMN) processing and reducing development to a single system, thus reducing time and cost for future developments.
- Delivered CAMEL on TAP. This product increased outcollect roaming revenue by allowing a larger number of prepaid roamers to use AT&T's network.
- Delivered Enhanced Outcollect Roaming Services (EORS). This project increased AT&T's revenue and provided inbound roaming customers the ability to roam on the AT&T network with a service feel of their home environment.
- Assessed project feasibility, gathered business requirements, and executed project plans for various business groups to create and improve IT processes.
- Acted as the main point of contact and roaming subject matter expert (SME) between many levels within AT&T Wireless for most of my IT roaming projects.
- Lead product release discussions and make process adjustments as needed.
