Tapped to set up and launch an eCommerce site for a well-established Chicago area retailer, capitalizing on an opportunity to continue career virtually while completing MBA studies full-time. Contracted web design firm, selected application hosting service, integrated payment processing and fraud protection. Developed business and marketing plan, including web promotion strategies for search engines that included Google, MSN and Yahoo. Implemented a remotely hosted call routing system.
