o Correspondent Brokerage Statements
o Correspondent and Advisor Ad Hoc Reporting & Batch Updates; team included a manager and 4 developers. Team was responsible for 1) generating ad-hoc reports based on queries from business partners, and 2) application of systematic updates to brokerage system data elements when manual update by a business partner would not be cost efficient.
• Accomplishments
o Multiple successful Statements projects; Inclusion of cost basis information, complete statement redesign, development of a back-end CICS process (for a web front end) to support cost basis election, messaging, insert selection, and CD ROM copy election, inclusion of multi-currency (foreign currency) and REPO information.
o Reporting/Updates; Migrated several hundred manual processes to an automated production environment, implemented new QA process for offshore resources, oversaw an approximate 80% increase in productivity.
