PROJECTS:
FIBER OPTIC COMMUNICATION LINK:- Developed for the purpose of sending analog & digital data over Fiber Optic Cable at a short distance up to 100 meters. Specially designed for offices where data privacy is a major concern. Responsibilities : Hardware Configuration & Designing. Team Size : Four. Duration : Six Months
REMOTE AREA TEMPERATURE CONTROL :- Basically an interface between 8255 and ADC-0804, the temperature snsed by the RTD is sent to the ADC for digital conversion, this digital data is sent to 8255 via a BUS and displayed on the computer screen by the help of little graphics and text mode. Different values of temperature were being sent to the file for further consideration. Responsibilities : Software Designing & testing. Platform : Turbo C compiler. Language : C. Team Size : Five. Duration : Two Months
EMERGENCY SERVICE PROVIDER:- It is a software based project, used to provide an immediate emergency service to a patient. It is having two major parts. First is a server which creates a database of various persons, having all the information along with their medical history. Then it checks for an emergency and then instructs the available ambulances. Second is the shortest path algorithm. Different ambulances at different locations get the destination. Every ambulance finds shortest possible path to patient and the only ambulance which is least distant to patient moves and provides services. Responsibilities : Software Designing & testing. Platform : VC++ compiler. Language : C++ Team Size : Five. Duration : Two Months
CAR AUTOMATION:- This project simulates the features of CAN (Controller Area Network) protocol. It is based on UNIX Internals concepts along with the Socket programming and Interprocess Communication (IPC). It provides safety to the person driving the car along with automatic luxurious controls. This project has two major parts, which are the Sensors and the actuators associated with the sensors. The software continuously takes the input from various sensors, manipulates the data based on priorities, and then accordingly instructs the related actuators which perform the necessary operations. It controls the temperature of AC, movement of wipers, indicates the fuel condition and does the necessary action during critical condition of collision. During collision, it enables the highest priority actuators, which immediately apply the brakes and release the air bags which causes minimum possible destruction. Responsibilities : Software Designing & testing. Platform : UNIX. Language : C, Unix IPC programming. Team Size : Five. Duration : Two Months
