Responsible for managing and providing leadership to a team of professionals responsible for developing new product configurations on the First Data Resources (FDR) Credit Card processing system; managing the output of monthly statements, plastics, letters, resolving issues, and supporting IT infrastructure and data security requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide leadership to a team of professionals including the PCF Analyst Team, Error Resolution Team, and Change Management Team. These teams directly support business critical initiatives.
* Manage the relationship with the FDR Client Team assigned to Advanta. Ensure the structure and focus of the client team meets the ever-changing needs of Advanta.
* Organized bi-monthly business meetings, maintain the FDR/Advanta Service Plan, and organize educational sessions between the organizations.
* Liaison with the marketing Department at Advanta understanding and satisfying their particular needs related to FDR.
* Maintain departmental SOP's, workflows and control documents; participate in and resolve any SOX or audit items, and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Manage FDR Mainframe access and security reports to ensure valid and appropriate application and information access.
* Participate in the Operating Committee whose charter is to scope new initiatives for review and prioritization by the Office of the Chairman.



MBNA AMERICA/BANK OF AMERICA 1993 - 2006

FIRST VICE PRESIDENT- Operations Management; Statement Services (2002-2004)
Managed over 250 people in two diverse geographical regions responsible for printing, inserting and mailing over 24 Million credit card statements and letters monthly. Managed three shifts, seven days a week to ensure compliance with Federal Regulations. Responsible for Capacity Management, Service Level Management, IT Service Continuity Management, and Budget Management in excess of $50 MM.
