• Consultant, Startup Company: Worked to design and implement application Servers (JBOSS & Tomcat) on Linux (CentOS) servers. Responsible for uptime of Web servers, backup, hosting and Database servers running Oracle 10g.

• Consultant, Cascadeo Corporation, Seattle, WA: Cascadeo is a consulting firm, which provides operational and engineering expertise to early and mid stage companies with complex data networking and hosting needs. Responsibilities included:

Mail Server Migration: (Jan, 2008-Mar, 2008) Cybermesa is an ISP serving residential customers for Internet and E-mail. I was responsible for design, implementation and later for migration from their legacy Mail server to support about 12,500 mailboxes.
? Designed a completely new mail server using Postfix, Courier IMAP/POP, Squirrelmail and Maildrop. Isolated each function of the mail server like incoming/outgoing SMTP Server, POP server, IMAP server, MySQL and Webmail Server on a separate instance of VMware running Ubuntu Linux and replicated multiples of each across number of Hosts (servers).
? Configured MySQL in Master/Slave replication which hosts data for user authentication, forwards, blacklisting and mailbox paths.
? Configured Maildrop for vacation notification and auto responds.
