Improved and maintained internal and external job postings, provided weekly status reports, identified problem areas and suggested solutions, coached management in HR/Recruiting aspects and suggested alternative recruiting mediums to incorporate.
Supported approximately 5-10 Project Managers, Program Managers, Directors and VP's in their recruiting needs and handled all aspects of recruiting from the point of open requisition until the candidate arrived for orientation. Requisition load varied from 5- 15 openings.

Full life cycle recruiting of candidates in a commercial environment with technical disciplines including Programmers, Analysts, Developers, QA, DBAs, Help Desk, Network Administrators, Network Engineers, Accounting, and Finance.
Supported approximately 10-15 Project Managers, Program Managers, Directors and VP's in their recruiting needs, provided weekly status reports, identified and incorporated improvements into the recruiting process, and handled all aspects of recruiting from the point of open requisition until the candidate arrived for orientation. Requisition load varied from 5- 45 openings. Candidates were typically 2-20 years experience, Bachelors or Masters degree , and US Citizenship.

Contract Recruiter: several short term commercial and government contractor organizations, Northern VA. 10/03-02/06
As a Contract Recruiter I have worked on several short term contracts involving the full life cycle recruitment of mid to senior level IT ,IS and Network Engineers for projects in the Washington DC metro area and throughout the USA.
Candidates were typically at a BS or MS education level, certifications including PMP,CISSP, MCSE, etc ,2-20 yrs of experience and required a clearable background or active US Government security clearance ranging from Secret to TS/SSBI or TS/SCI with CI or Lifestyle polygraph.
These companies required recruiting assistance during peak periods and maternity leave situations. The contracts were at companies such as HPTI, XO Communications, Northrop Grumman, SI International, MCI and SRI. The exception to this was the assignment at XO and recent direct hire position at Network Solutions which were commercial environments.
A broad variety of recruiting mediums have been utilized to obtain these candidates.
