• Designed and developed the ISC Architecture Blueprint that defined the 3 and 5 year strategic direction of applications and interfaces using Services Oriented Architecture resulting in significant improvements in flexibility, adaptability and costs. Worked with architects to insure that SOA would be included in their future development projects. • Defined the Personal Systems Group's supply chain as-is and desired state business models using process modeling tools that enabled IBM to conduct e-business for configured to order products. Received Customer Appreciation Award. • Analyzed manufacturing interfaces and recommended a services hub that provided the most efficient and flexible architecture to collect and distribute the cost information to the SAP Ledger for Cost / Revenue match. • Developed the process to manage the ISC application portfolio based on process capabilities.
