Services offer institutional investors to execute and process trades seamlessly, from order entry all the way through to customized post-trade reporting, for equities as well as fixed-income securities. Portfolio Management such as, Real-time access to balance, positions and transaction history, Realized and unrealized gains and Losses, tax load accounting, trade order entry, Automation credit checking, Real-time quotes, and research screen tools. Corporate Database Application is a 3-tier client-server based online and batch application that provides system functionality and supports business rules for maintaining Employer, Participant,and T-Log information. It processes data transaction files that are transferred between the HP/Unix Server based application and mainframe legacy applications. The Financial Information exchange (FIX) protocol is a messaging standard developed specifically for the real-time electronic exchange of securities transactions to improve the global trading process by defining, managing, and promoting an open protocol for real-time, electronic communication between industry participants. The project involved a Java application server that connects Prudential Services to third-party brokers for the purpose of communicating Financial Information Exchange messages. It provides full FIX functionality for the trading applications of Fixed Income, Equities and derivatives, including Orders, Executions and Indications.

QA Responsibility:

· Attended requirements and design meetings, review and analysis of requirements and design documentation.

· Reviewed the Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification documents, Technical Specifications to get a better understanding of the system on both technical and business perspectives.
