I have been working directly with clients/departments on determining hardware/software/customization needs based on their business needs and company practices. I am well versed in rollout/backout strategies for mission critical projects. I have continuosly been working with software installation automation and customization, which includes all versions of Windows, Office, AntiVirus, and custom business software applications. This includes making automated installs and disk images. I am familiar with Active Directory/SMS installs from many different locations as it is widely used.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY EDS/GMAC - Windows Integration Scripter - 2006 to 2007 Pinnacle Technical Resources Inc., Detroit, MI I was contracted to EDS to work in the GMAC Integration Lab to script applications for Windows XP deployment and Network Separation activities. This involved scripting both vendor supplied MSIs and custom applications to smoothly transition from Windows 2000 to Windows XP at 6 major office locations in North America, as well as Remote Users. I supported the entire I-Lab with troubleshooting, packaging and custom procedures, as well as working directly with the customer to design and implement software solutions. * Under general direction, conceptualizes, designs, constructs, tests, and implements portions of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology.
